UNITY OF TACTICS.
FRANCE’S PRECAUTIONS. Received January 22, 11.10 a.m. PARIS, Jan. 21. - M. Daladier (Minister of War) has secured the approval of Cabinet for his plans to co-ordinate the defence services. They will ensure unity of tactics, which, though drawn up by separate services, will be decided by a small committee presided over by M. Daladier.
