FAIR AND WARM. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 21. The recent anti-cyclone is now centred over the North Island and is moving slowly eastwards, while a depression is advancing across the south Tasman Sea. The forecast is for light to moderate northerly winds later freshening. The weather will be fine and warm to hot, but cloud increasing. The seas will be slight to moderate but rising shortly.
