good sorts unchanged, AUCTION AT WANGANUI. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Jan. 20. At the Wanganui wool sale to-day ordinary crossbred wool was id down on the .Wellington sale and id clown on the Napier sale. Lambs wool was a eood ]d down on the Wellington sale. There is not much change in prices for good wools. France and Germany are competing mostly within decided limits.

Received January 20 12.25 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 19. At the wool sales, 7629 bales wer« offered, including 1220 from New Zealand; 6705 bales were sold. Ihere was a good selection and active competition from the homo trade and the Continent, with Russia also buying. Late rates were fully maintained.
