(British Official Wireless.) LONDON, Jan. 18. The British Exchequer returns show that tho total ordinary revenue amounts to
£548,863,823, compared with £520,545,947 at the corresponding date in 1937. The total expenditure, lew self-balancing items, amounts to £690,722,941, against £636,724,801 a year ago.
