GRASS FIRE.
BRIGADE CALLED OUT. Shortly after 11 a.m. to-day a grass fire in an empty section in Haybittle Street next to a disused box factory was responsible for the Fire Brigade being called out. The outbreak, which was soon put down, occurred in long grass and was probably caused by a spark.
