INVESTMENT MARKET. TONE STILL QUIET. SMALL TURNOVER. The Wellington investment market continues very quiet, while the turn--over remains small. Mount Morgans show an improvement with buyers at 10s Id and sellers asking 10s 2d, while Mount Lyells also have improved, changing hands yesterday at 33s 9d. YESTERDAY’S QUOTATIONS.
