MINISTER ON TOUR.
Per Press Association. TAUMARUNUI, Jan. 18. Tho Minister of Lands (Hon. F. Langstone) visited the Ohura district yesterday, where he heard several deputations. Returning to Taumarunui in the evening he heard deputations in tlie council chamber, t afterward being entertained informally. This morning he left to inspect the new 10,000-acre Maori settlement scheme at Pungakunga, near Taumarunui, going on from there to Raetihi.
