INDIAN MINISTER.
DEBARRED FROM LEGISLATURE. Received January 18, 11,40 a.m. BOMBAY, Jan. 17. . The Nawab, Sir Mohiuddib Faroqui, an ex-Minister and the Leader of the Legislature under the last regime, has been found guilty of corrupt practices at the recent elections. He has been unseated and debarred from seeking re-election for six years.
