DESTITUTE CHINESE.
AID FOR THIRTY MILLION. TOKIO. Jan. 15. The Foreign Office spokesman says that 30,000.000 Chinese are destitute between Shanghai, Hangchow and Wiihu. The Peace Maintenance Commission, assisted by the Japanese Army, is trying to relieve them.
