OPENING FOR MIGRANTS. Received January 15. 1.55 p.m. LONDON. Jan. 14. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that a meeting of the central organisation of German Jews appealed to the Palestine Administration not to place difficulties in the' way of young German Jews.
