SWIMMER’S DEATH.
SEQUEL TO DIVE. , Per Press Association. AUCKLAND Jan. 16. When he dived off the Taupo wharf while swimming with two other men, Leonard Clark, aged 34, of Remuepa, was stunned by the impact with the water and drowned. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 16. The death occurred, in the Waikato Hospital late last evening of Andrew Kenneth McMillan aged 19, a student, the son of .Mr James McMillan, of Dannevirke, the cause being a fractured neck, sustained when he dived into the Waikato River on Friday.
