WAR LORD ARRESTED.
WEAK RESISTANCE CHARGE. LONDON, Jan. 14. The Shanghai correspondent-of the Daily Mali says that on Marshal Chiang Kai-shek’6 orders the Kwangei war lord, Lit-sung-jan, was arrested at Hanfuchu on charges of weak resistance to the Japanese, thus losing Tsining.
