SAILING DATE DISPUTED. LONDON, Jan. 13. A special message to the Australian Associated Press Agency from Pernignan states that the Australian Rugby League team was unset at receiving a cablegram from the secretary of the Australian Rugbv League (Mr H. R. Miller) demanding that it should embark on the Orcades at Toulon. The entire partv is determined to sail by the Orama from London on February 12. The co-managers (Messrs Sunderland end Savage) have sent a cable to Mr Flegg (chairman of the Australian Board of Control! as follows:-—‘/In-struct Mr Miller to cease cabling in reference to our sailing.
