AUCTION MART.
Prices for poultry and pigs realised at the auction mart in Feilding yesterday were as follow: —Poultry: Hens, 2s 9d to 3s 8d; pullets, 3s 6d to 4s ; cockerels, 2s 5d to 4s 4d; ducks, 2s 2d .to 2s lid. Pigs: Weaners, £1 Is 6d to £1 8s; slips, £1 2s to £1 12s 6d ; stores, £1 Is to £2 3s; porkers, £2 4s; sows, £1 12s Gd to £4; boar £l. There was a keen demand for all pigs offered, prices advancing on an average os a head.
