McCONNEL.—At Bridgwater Hospital, Somerset, England, on June 19, LO3/ (result ot' accident), Lance .Bombardier McConnel (Jiin), dearly loved only son of Mr and Mrs Henry McConnfcl, Penrose, Auckland, and late of Manawatu. Aged 23 years. "WATKINS.—On August 19, 1937, at his sister’s residence, Victoria Street, Levin, Ivor Watkins, aged 37, late of 499 a Main Street, Terrace End, dearly beloved husband of Melina Watkins. Patient sufferer at "rest. Funeral Sunday, 2 p.m., Levin. EBERHARD.—At Wellington, on 20th August, 1937, Terrence Max, dearly loved only son of Clemens and Jessica Eberluard, Hastings; aged 6 years. STOPFORD.—On August 21st. at Hamilton, Charles Alexander, beloved husband of Elizabeth Stopford, and step-father of Mrs A. G. Parland, Manson Street. Palmerston North; aged 72 years. Funeral 1 p.m. Monday, Matamata Cemetery. MANN.—William Edward, Into of Palmerston North, brother of Mrs Hankins and Mrs McCrce, Christchurch. “At peace with God.”
