DISCUSSION IN SOUTH AFRICA. (British Official Wireless.) Received August 21, 11.55 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 21. Colonel Muirhead, Under-Secretary for Air, left Southampton this morning in the Imperial Airways flvingboat Cassiopeia to meet the South African Minister of Defence (Hon. 0. Pirow) at Mombasa. Colonel Muirhead is accompanied by his Parliamentary secretary, Mr E; H. Keeling, M.P., Sir Joint Maffcy, a director of Imperial Airways, and two technical advisers. , . Several aviation questions affecting Africa will be discussed, particularly those of .the Empire air mail services to South Africa.
