MORE CASES IN VICTORIA. MELBOURNE, Aug. 20. . Twenty cases of infantile paralysis since Monday bring the total to»121. No more have been reported from the country, and a few suburbs have escaped. All the schools are now closed for the winter holidays. Eleven respirators are being used in hospitals for the treatment ot patients.

NO QUARANTINE. Received August 21, 11.10 a.m. CANBERRA, Aug. 21. The Commonwealth Government has rejected a suggestion from the New' Smith Wales Government that Victoria should be placed in quarantine to prevent the spread of the infantile paralysis.
