COLOMBO TEA MARKET.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 18. The following cabled report on the Colombo tea auction of August 17 has been reocived:—Common teas were firmer and medium grades wero id to,id dearer, whilo quotations for fine teas remained steady. The quality of the offerings showed an improvement. At next week’s auction 1,500,0001 b. are catalogued for sale.
