DIRECTORS RETURNED

CHELTENHAM DAIRY COY. At the annual meeting of the Cheltenham Dairy Coy. to-day, the election of directors resulted in the return of Messrs C. G. C. Dermer (433 votes) and H. C. Jensen (424 votes). Mr C. R. Hamilton received 172 votes.

Mr Jensen, the acting-chairman, apologised for the absence of Mr Dermer, who is at present overseas. The report (previously published) and the balance-sheet were adopted prior to the election of directors, and Mr P. B. Desmond (secretary) explained the various items appearing in the balance-sheet.

Mr Wright’s recommendation, that the services of a veterinary surgeon be engaged, was lost when put to the meeting.
