CHINESE MINISTER'S WARNING
Received August 18. 11.35 a.m. 'VIENNA, Aug. 17. Warning Europe and the United States of the menace of Japan, Dr. Kung. Chinese Finance Minister, lias appealed to the nations to act immediatelv in their own interests.
“Europe and the United States seem to think that by ignoring the danger it will gradually disappear,” he says. “Japan, with her. mad greed, is a menace to the world. The downfall of China would enhance the menace of brutal force.”
