SHORT SERVICE COMMISSIONS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 17. The Defence Minister (Hon. F. E. Chamberlain, M. S. Ferguson (Auckland); J. N. Mackenzie (Balclutha); B. W. McMillan (Stratford); I). N. Milligan, J. D. Williams (Wellington); J. R. M. Stewart (Eltham); K. W. Trigance (iiinaru); R. C. Young, Oamaru.
