EIGHT TO BE BUILT. “I am pleased to inform you that tenders foy the erection of eight single house units at East Street, Feilding, in three different contracts are closing. . . I trust local builders will give the best prices and secure local jobs.” The above was the text of a telegram received by Hon. J. G. Cobhe. M.P., last evening'from Hon. J. A. Lee. AItBOR DAY. CITIZENS are Invited to be present at a brief ceremony to be held at the intersection of Derby Street and Kimbolton Road, on Wednesday next, at 3 p.m., when a. tree will be planted to mark the commencement of the Derbv Street scheme.
