SEQUEL TO FATAL ACCIDENT.

At an inquest to-day into the death of Moananni Tareha. who was killed in an accident at Greenmeadows on June 27 when a lorry in which he was riding struck a power pole, an open verdict was returned.
During the-inquest Gerald James, a Maori, tvas charged with, negligent driving of a truck, and he was committed for trial. He ideaded not guilty.
