BASKETBALL.
INT'ER-HOUSE COMPETITION. The following are the games and times of play in the Y.M.C.A. interhouse basketball competition: Men’s section. —8.30 p.m., Watson Bros. v. Y.M.D.; 9 p.m., Hopwood’s v. C. and C.; 9.30 p.m., Berry’s v. City Council. Ladies’ section: 8 p.m., Woolworth’s v. P.D.C.; 8.15 p.m., M.K.M. v. Public Service; 8.45 p.m., Glaxo v. R. and B.; 9.15 p.m., Rosco v. C.M.R. J. R. McKenzie’s and Watchorn’shave a bye this week. The games in the ladies’ section this week will consist of the first round of a sealed handicap “knock-out” competition. Handicap points will be announced after each game. Both competitions will be completed next week.
