SOCIAL AND DANCE.

TECHNICAL OLD STUDENTS

There was a good attendance at the monthly social and dance of the Technical Old Students’ Association, which was held on Saturday night. These functions have established an enviable reputation and this month’s dance proved as enjoyable as ever. Mr and Mrs G. G. Hancox were among those present. Pleasing ■ songs were contributed 'by Miss T. Clark, her aooompaniste being Miss N. Trcgurtha. The lucky spot was won by bliss N. Straker and Mr Astwood.

The supper arrangements wore supervised by Mesdamos J. Barsanti and T. Bragg, and Messrs J. Barsanti, and T. Bragg officiated at the door. The committee responsible for the arrangements comprised blisses E. Hubbard, M. Hancox, A. Trollope, J. Barrie, and A. Clarke (secretary),; Messrs A. Costell (who was M.C.), D. Mitchell, It. Wright, and J). Jvilgour.
