Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 17. In the Supreme Court this morning before Mr Justice Smith, John Russell Frazer, watersider, who had pleaded guilty in tho Lower Court to assaulting Walter John Fraser, watersider, causing actual bodily harm on board the Arawa, at Now Plymouth, on August 5, was admitted to probation for two years and ordered to take out a prohibition order and pay £3 ss, the costs of the prosecution, and meet the medical expenses.
