OBITUARY.
MR A. B. SMITH,-K.C. Received August 16, 10.50 a.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 16. The death has occurred of Mr Arthur Bruce Smith, K.C., aged 86. He had served in the State and Federal Parliaments and was the last of the Ministers who had served under Sir Henry Parkes when he formed the final Cabinet of his career.
Sir Henry Pa.rkes, the Australian statesman, died in 1896.
