SWIMMING RECORDS.
Received August 16, 11.35 a.m. TOKIO, Aug. 15. Mies Katherine Rawls swam the 100 metres freestyle in 70 3-5 seconds and Adolf Kiefer swam the 50 metres backstroke in 30 seconds; both are wmrld’s records. Both, swimmers are Americans.
