RATES OF EXCHANGE. Received August 14, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 13. The price of gold is now £6 19s 5d per fine ounce. The dollar exchange rate on New York is 4.98 1-16. The franc rate (Lon-don-Paris) is 132 7-32.
