FAIR TO CLOUDY. Ter Press Association. WELLINGTON. Aug. 13. Pressure is still very high over all the Tasman Sea and New Zealand area, but the northern part of the shallow depression yesterday affecting the southern part of the South Island now lies across the centre of the North Island. Forecast: Moderate to strong southeasterly winds, later decreasing. Weather: Fair to cloudy, with some scattered showers at first to the east of tlie ranges. Temperatures cool, with some frosts inland. Seas, rather rough to rough, but decreasing by tomorrow.
