TROUBLE IN FRANCO’S RANKS,

MADRID, Aug. 11. Thirty Spanish officers were arrested, and five shot as the result of attacks on Italian and German officers at Malaga. According to Government reports the rebels are experiencing similar troubles between the Spanish and foreign contingents elsewhere. Several Italians and Germans are reported to have been shot.
