NOTES.
Next week the Manchester Street School will plant suitable trees in the school grounds in commemoration of Arbor Day. It will be remembered that last year the Borough Council planted a number of plane trees in Denbigh Street. This year Arbor Day will be observed next week when a further series of plane trees will be planted in Derby Street.
