INFANTILE PARALYSIS

MELBOURNE ADULT DIES. MELBOURNE. Aug. 10. The first death of an adult in the infantile paralysis epidemic occurred to-day, the victim being a man aged 28. Three new cases bring the total to 67. There have been seven deaths. - To-day’s developments included a ban on all picture matinees in the metropolitan area and the exclusion of all children under 16 years of age from the theatres.
