Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Aug. 30. The body of Leslie Liddicoat, matvied aaed' 27, who was drowned at Lowborn on July 13 when he and another workman employed bj the f unlic Works Department fell from a paitially constructed bridge nito thc Clutha River, was recovered at UjUe yesterday afternoon about lo miles from the scene of the accident. # The body of the other victim, Donald Mcelherny, has not yet been lecovered.
