If you want a white doorstep paini the step with flat white, which dries quickly. This done about every two weeks' saves the labour of daily whitening, and has a better appearance. Never bang the oven door wlien baking cakes. Tt prevents them rising, and makes them very heavy. Also remember to spread the cake mixture evenly, and yon will have a tidv, neat-looking cake. Windows and mirrors will not attract flies, if the cloth is sprinkled with vinegar when cleaning.
