MOORISH TROUBLE.
REFUSAL TO DISARM. LONDON, Aug. 10. The Times Barcelona correspondent says that further reports of fighting between the foreign and Spanish elements in the insurgent ranks continue to filter in. A Paris message says it is rumoured that Senor Caballero is leading the Anarcho-Syndicalists in opposition to the Loyal Government.
