ATTACK ON MONGIOIA.
NO OFFICIAL STATEMENTS. (British Official Wireless.) Received August 11, 11.55 a-m. RUGBY, Aug. 10. In view of certain reports regarding interviews alleged to have been given to tho Press by the international observing officer who was injured during the attack from the air on the Italian ship Mongioia, the International NonIntervention Board has issued a statement that no communication of any kind has been made to tho Press by the observing officer or by any other officer of the board.
