RETURN TO RUMANIA.
KING CAROL’S HURRIED DASH. BUCHAREST, Aug. 9. Following the arrival of a courier from Rumania, King Carol abruptly terminated his Dalmatian holiday and dashed to Bucharest by destroyer and special train. A Cabinet crisis is rumoured.
