JAPANESE VESSELS. DARWIN, Aug/ 9. Two more Japanese pearling luggers have been arrested by the patrol boat Larrakia for allegedly entering territorial waters. . . •• , One had to be released owing to tne heavy seas. . . , The other, which is a most modern type of vessel, is being escorted to Darwin.
