REPLY FROM EARL BALDWIN. Received August 10, 10.40 a.m. CANBERRA, Aug. 10. Rt. Hon. J. A. Lyons to-day received a communication from Earl Baldwin .expressing his inability to accept the invitation issued by the Prime Minister on behalf of the Commonwealth Government to visit Australia next year as the - guest of the Commonwealth and to attend the 150th anniversary celebrations of New South Wales.
