TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Court of Arbitration by one of the parties to the abovementioned award for a General Order extending the said award so as to join and bind as parties thereto all trade Unions, Industrial Unions, Industrial Associations and Employers engaged in the industry and area covered by the said award on the ground that the 6aid award is already binding on a majority of the employers in the industry and area to which the award relates.
