HOLLYWOOD, July 29. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer is disputing the claim of Charles Guy Fulko Greville, seventh Earl of Warwick, for passage money for himself and his valet on their return to England. The 26-year-old Earl, who broke his five-year contract with the film company because he was bored by nine months of idleness at £2OO a week, says that the company is liable for the amount of the fares. He demands £357 for fares for himself and his valet, and £I9OO alleged to he due to him under his contract. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer say that they are not obliged to nay .the fares, unless tlie Earl completes the term of employment as an actor for which he contracted. Under the screen name of Michael Brooke, the Earl had many camera tests without being cast in a single picture. He then declared himself weary of this resultlcss existence.
