A RECIPE.
One sweet orange, one lemon, ore grapefruit, two small green apples. Cut the fruit into shavings, taking out the cores and pips, and using all the pulp and peel except that of the nnplos. Put into a pan, cover with three times the bulk of water, and leave .for 21 hours. Then boil for 10 minutes and leave to cool. Now add 31h of preserving sugar and boil uni d the marmalade jellies. Cook siowly and stir as little as possible.
