arranging "the matches. SYDNEY, Aug. 9. The New Zealand’s Cricket Council’s representative, Mr T. Howard, has cabled the manager of the New Zealand team in England, Mr I. G. Lowry that South Australia New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland are willing to play matches against the New Zealanders, but he is doubtful about Victoria. He lias requested an urgent reply.
