MURDER IN SPAIN.
ACCUSATION BY M. TROTSKY. MEXICO CITY, Aug. 9. Declaring that the Ogpu had engineered the reported murder of Andres Nin in Spain, M. Trotsky, in a statement, said Nin was an incorruptible revolutionary, who strove to defend the independence of the proletariat from the machinations of Soviet bureaucracy and paid for his efforts with his life.
