SEAPLANE WRECKED.

ACCIDENT IN BIAS BAY. Received August 9, 12.35 p.m. HONG KONG, Aug. 8. Three are dead and eight survivors have been picked up by a Customs vessel in Bias Bay from a seaplane which was wrecked when flying to Swatow with a crew of four and seven passengers. The pilot and the passengers were Americans, the others being Bias Bay is weir known as a former haunt of Chinese 'pirates.
