KIDNAPPED CHILD.

ALL ENDS HAPPILY. CHICAGO, Aug. 7. The kidnapping of the child Donald by its real parents from the home of the Horsts, a wealthy couple, has ended happily, the former having agreed to surrender the child permanently to the Horsts. The child’s mother, Mrs O’Regan, said the baby would probably fare well because the Horsts were financially able to take care of it. Formal adoption proceedings are pending.
