GAY CLOTHES FOR MEN.
BRIGHT RED UMBRELLAS. PARIS, July .28. Men’s dress clothes will be blue, grey, brown, even green, according to Andre do Fouquieres, president of the French Tailors’ Society. Men’s umbrellas will be bright red and yellow. Stiff collars will remain because they are claimed to be more comfortable than soft collars. While gloves will become again essential for evening wear.
