AMERICA’S CUP RACES.
“U.S. HAS BETTER BOAT.” NEWPORT, Aug. 5. Mr T. 0. M. Sopwith said: “The Endeavour did as well as she ever has done. America simply has the better boat.” He did not indicate whether be would issue another challenge for the America’s Cup. Mr Sopwith will race Endeavour II on August 16 against the Ranger, Endeavour I, Rainbow and Yankee.
