POSITION OF THE PARTIES

The position of the parties in the Irish Free State general election now is:— Mr de Valera’s party 08 Air Cosgrave’s party 38 Labour H Independent 8 The referendum on the new constitution stands :
F or 455,388 Against 307,000 The referendum on the question of replacing the Governor-General by a President will be in Mr de Valera's favour.
